How do I know which bike size is right for me?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that the bike must be in 'like-new' condition, and a restocking fee may apply for used tires or components.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
How much does shipping cost for a full-sized bike?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all bicycle orders over $500 within the continental United States. For accessories and smaller parts, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
Can I finance my purchase?
